what car should i buy?

i'm debating between a new honda fit or a new mitsubishi lancer, what do you guys think?
it's pretty much going to be the baby car to drive our baby around in a such, just so we have a newer safer car for her

the lancer is a new model so sometimes newer models have alot of kinks.
the fit is smaller...

Hands down the Lancer it handles like a dream and has more room. I think it's the better all around car. But for warranty and customer service I would go with the Honda. they are both great cars and in the end I would have to vote Lancer not because I drive an Evo but because I like Karl's.

5 year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper
10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty
7 year/ 100,000 anti corrosion warranty
5 year/ unlimited mileage roadside assistance

the honda is
3 year/36,000 bumper-bumper
5 year/60,000 mile powertrain
5 year/unlimited anti-corrosion


so with that being said, it seems like the mitsu is a little bit more, but you can beat that warranty

i drive lancers all the time at work and i must say i like the interior, all the features (besides the smart key thing), and they are not a bad value. but i just don;t know if i would buy one brand new, especially because of the drivetrain in the car. although if you plan on keeping it i guess you don't have to worry about the resale value dropping the like a rock, and the warranty will save you on the drivetrain. i like the fit alot for an everyday ride but it seems small for a kid-hauler

I vote Fit (even though you closed it). Good car for gas milage, has some space in it, and its not too bad looking of a car w/ the OEM lip kit. That, and I just prefer Honda over Mistubishi. Dunno why, but its my preference.

Get the fit. It's a honda. More reliable, better gas mileage, will likely hold value better. Not a big lancer fan at all.
