Warm Toilet seats.

Does it gross you out? I just went to lay down the law and the seat was warm. I was grossed out, knowing someone was doing the same EXACT thing i was, within the last five minutes.

I hate them... i'll either birds nest it, or go to the other toilet. I also hate taking a shower after someone... it's all hot and muggy in there :(

No it doesn't gross me out, I wait for someone to sit on the pot at work and leave, then about 5 minutes for the smell to go away, then I march in, wipe her down and it's still nice and warm.

It's a bit weird I suppose... but I still think it's grosser when you can tell the person before you hovered and splashed pee pee all over the seat. That in turns makes me have to hover, and I hate hover peeing.

Warm seats do gross me out a little, but cold seats are bad too. Like when you wake up in the middle of the night to pee when its cold and the seat is like ice.

They make heated toilet seats. Very expensive, but some people like it. I'd like a heated seat, IF it wasnt heated by someone else's rear.

They make some crazy ass toilets/seats. You can get a toilet and the seat opens and closes with a remote, it will be warm or cold, and it'll wash AND dry your butt for you.

BTW...i'm not toilet obsessed, i've just been working at my dad's plumbing co for 6 years. :)

I never sit on a public toilet I avoid that **** at all costs and if I absolutely have to. Life threatening situation. I'll repell like a covert opps agent from the coat hook on the stall door using my belt. :mrgreen:

I'm more or less indifferent about this situation. While a warm seat could be percvied as gross, it is much better then one that has been sitting on ice for the past 6 years.

As for the whole digusting thing in public bathrooms, I REALLLY hate it when people can't flush. Or if someone leaves w/o washing their hands.

I do my best work in public rest rooms. A warm seat doesn't gross me out, it saves you from getting goosebumps from the cold seat. When I was in highschool and worked at walmart I used to sit on the can even if I didn't have to make BM just to kill time.

the warm seat is only gross if you dont know who made it warm. Public bathroom sit on a warm seat that can be a little gross. At home sit on a warm seat...no problem especially in the winter late night/early morning poopin sessions

In Russia, we poop outside in the winter:screwy:. So a warm seat in the winter is good, summer...not so sure.
