what are the differences between the regular ballast and the digital?

what are the differences between the regular ballast and the digital?
The digital ballasts are smaller in size. Some say they last longer and extend bulb life due to a "soft" start. Instead of just supplying the bulb with full power once you switch your lights on it takes a second or two and ramps up the voltage. This is something that you can't notice by looking at it since HID lights always take a second or two to warm up.
Motorcycle guys love the digital ballasts since it's so easy to hide/mount the smaller unit.
Lets do a group buy!

Do you have a color chart or anything?
I personally haven't seen anything "hotter" than a 10K or 12K bulb...I'm kinda curious to see your color/temperature chart.
All the way to 30K?
DAMN!

I'm definitely in for a group buy. $150 for some H7 5000k with digital ballasts is a good deal.

I don't have one from the manufacturer. I've seen there 30k on there demo unit and it was green. Just a little FYI for those that don't know the higher in temperature you go the less usable light is put out (lumens).

I've gotta move this one out of personal for sale and into your vendor section, but nice price and looks like you've got some good attention here.
As far as temps go...
3000K is yellow, popular in fogs
4300K is OEM and is super white, has the most light output
5000K is also a nice white color with a very slight blue hint
6000K is slightly blue, its a popular choice and still looks pretty classy
8000K is very blue, looks obviously aftermarket
12000K is purple, if thats what you're going for
the reason that high end cars have HIDs that look blue/purple sometimes isnt because they have blue/purple bulbs in them, its because of the design of the headlamps themselves... the optics of different projector headlights diffract light and look slightly blue/purple sometimes as a result.

Shipping is not included but would only be about another $5-10 via UPS Ground.
Is there any price increase for H4 H/L?
H/L bulbs are only $20 additional. My mistake for not noting that. I will update the post.

This has been debated on many sites but i've heard it's better to put a hid kit in a projector housing then a stock housing, for various reason including light throw, scatter etc.

Really not trying to be a D-bag but this looks exactly like the VVME kit thats all over ebay for $70.00 shipped. 35w/ same stickers/ same plugs and connectors/ same packaging.
I have them and love my set, but who is supplying your kits?
Honestly just trying to see if theres a difference between my kit and this one excpet for the 1 year war.

Bulbs came with the same packaging and stickers, I have the cases in my trunk still. The bulbs are hard wired into the harness right? As in you cannot swap just the bulbs you have to buy a bulb specific to this kit.
