TST Help Me Track A Scammer!

OK, I bought an item from a member on EvoM, item never shipped and he dodged my PM's with the run around for almost 3 weeks, I got a mod involved and still nothing. I filed a Paypal claim against him today but that will only go so far. I need to get some info on this guy, you know the rundown. Just wondering if you guys can dig up some hard facts on this guy?

Thats funny because my old dorm drinking buddy out their is like 6' 4" and a brick **** house. He is gearing up for a deployment now but wants to pay this guy a visit as soon as I get the facts.

i just did some digging on the thread you bought the item from......there is a big link at the top of the page that states you cant post on the private sale forum until you are a member for at least 7 days and have 50 posts. Its funny if you look at his post count, its 51. That has scam written all over it. lol

Yes but if you look through all his posts they are spanned out over like 5 months. I never had trouble buying on EvoM and that had alot to do with it.

I was assuming that they used a format like ours on the for sale thread. I would have called him to verify that it was indeed his phone number before sending him the money. But it seems that you only got that after you paid, so you had no way to check.

Last week I knew what was up, it was the run around and when he couldn't provide a tracking number I started PM'ing the Mods. Looks like him, his freinds and Invision stopped selling parts in late May after being decent vendors, from what I read. I wonder what happened? Maybe went to Jail, I would hope not!

Just got a response back from a mod on EvoM and it appears they had a couple IP hits for usernames "they" were using. I wonder how many other forums these guys are trying to sell **** on.

Yes people have been calling him, he made his information available. Now, he just got back to me on Myspace and EvoM saying he never got my address even though I gave it to him more than 3 times so he couldn't forget it and told me he will ship it out tonight and once i get the tracking number to take down my dispute. Sure, then im left recieving box of **** and no way to file a claim because I took it down. This guy is a real loser, I bet if I was pressing the guy right now in person he would have a whole different story. Oh what i wouldn't give after his messages, he was pissed I messaged all his top freinds and told them to tell him WTF is my money?

Catch is he sold the mirrors to another member on EvoM who left feedback yesterday after he recieved them. True..just so happens the guy he shipped the mirrors to happens to be stationed right down the road here in Germany and I have meet him before. Small world! If it's anything other than mirrors and I miss my day on the Nurburgring June 28th because of this clown I am getting the next hop to the States!

Long story short, I am missing my lens on the passenger side due to these small ass streets in Europe and their obcesion with road markers and street signs. Either that or the truck coming at me would of creamed me!
