Ive seen this kouki a few times, its a black base model i believe, rollin on steelies. Ive been in my 240 both times ive seen it and waved, but i guess the driver didnt see me.
Was just curious if its an actual tuner, or just some guy... Not too often you see kouki's on the road around here, which is what makes me curious.
