Motor Mount fix with window weld?

I just got my old engine out of my shell and one motor mount and the tranny mount were broken.
Ive heard of using window weld to stiffen the mounts up but i was wondering if it could be used to temporarily fix the mount.
I am soo broke it isnt funny and this would just be a temporary fix until i got some Nismo mounts.
Do you guys think this would work?

How temporary is the fix? You could use two hockey pucks and some long bolts and make a temporary mount but I'd only run them for a month at most. Back to the original question though, I have heard of people using window weld stuff and the black trim stuff to fix the mounts.

As far as cruise vibrations and stiffness?
idk too much bout idle b/c its not gonna be a DD but it will be going places including the track.
Could it be a good long term fix?

Window weld works great! Tons of DSM'ers do it all the time for there torn motor mounts. I still have a half a tube left from doing mine. Just fill in the broken area and it will be just like new. I would let it dry for a day of two though.

+1 on the suggestion at Home Depot or Lowes.

You're gonna want to look for something a bit stronger than 3M Windo-weld, but not as strong as Hondabond; ideally, you want a tube of Urethane in a red/black/yellow container. The Windo-weld doesn't hold up to the fluctuating temperatures and road grime, especially the oil. It'll break down fast and come apart in pieces and you'll be back to square one.
You want to inject this into the mounts, not layer it, if possible, b/c it expands with the temperature, and you want to avoid air bubbles. 2 days cure time, at least.
You'll notice a bit more vibrating at around 1k, especially if you do all your mounts, but normal driving won't be any different. I've only got my front one done and the vibrating isn't unbearable. It's been done for about 30k now with no problems.

the window weld will be slightly stiffer then stock nothin unbearible at all. I have urathane mounts and looking to get solids in the front and rear. So everyone rating scale is different.

any windshield urethane will work i got a tube at the local windshield repair shop, i know some people that have been running it for years, never cracked or split on them.
