What will happen if im in West Chester at a party/ Busted/Im 21

it depends on the cops. IF they want to rail you, you will get charged with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor which is a serious fine. And they could charge you with that one time for each underage person there. Its unlikely, but they can.

I haven't drank with anyone under 21 knowingly since I turned 21.

if your 21 in WC go to the bar...why hangout with underage people and possibly get arrested for corruption of minors and providing alcohol for minors, which carries a fine up to $1000 per minor. Just do like every other 21+ male in WC and get split at the bars(assuming you dont pull any wool from the bars) and walk down Walnut St. towards the university till you see a drunk underage girl and tell her you are on TST....wait for panties for fall off

umm.. I posted last night in the other thread like this.. Basically the ONLY thing that got me and TehGc off the hook ( aside form not knowing we were the only 2 of age at the party) is that we KNEW the cops that showed up very well.. one was a family friend to my family, the other TehGc did work on a car of his.. And I mean ALOT of work..

Just don't risk it.Its not worth the fines and possible jail time.
