Did it have a logo on the back? If so it belongs to a guy that works at New York Styles in a little strip mall in Warminster

its always there. i believe it belongs to an asian guy that works at the nail salon. at least thats what i have been told. i have only ever seen it parked

im pretty sure he works at the nail salon also
