Anyone work for Mercedes?

Please PM me, I need some parts and I cant find them anywhere, even the local dealer wasnt able to help me. That or if you know someone, please send them my way its pretty important.

Directly in front of the shifter, on the HVAC controls there are 4 rubberized knobs. I need 2, ours were stolen from our mercedes at the auction and the dealer said they dont sell the knobs seperately and that we have to pay 600 for the whole console ( in other words 600 for 2 knobs) so I want to see if anyone can get their hands on a pair. checked ebay, googled, nothing

I'm assuming you get these cars from Manheim? Just drive around the 90000 acres and steal the knobs. Problem solved.

Yes we do get them from manheim
a. we are not that kind of dealer
b. even if we were its not worth it

you get caught its a fine and I was told you lose your dealer licence, they arent going to risk it and im not stupid enough to steal. Even if I was they would probbably fire me for being an idiot and putting their careers in jeopardy

Did you try Mercedes of West Chester on 202? They MIGHT have something obscure like that.. If not.. Check out MB USA's website and see if you can order parts directly from them.

I work for Sun Motors in Mechanicsburg Pa in their collision shop but the dealership is HUGE. BMW and Mercedes each have their own building and Porsche/Audi share a building. It was said that they are also planing on making a skid pad and a small cone-style test track out back but IDK how true that is.

You probably will get the same answer but I guess its worth a try.


The new BMW building has been open for a few months and the new Mercedes building is opening tomorrow. It might be a little crazy right now because of the move. I know they moved all the Mercedes this weekend 11 miles to the new building. The website isnt updated yet with the new address so I also dont know if they are keeping the same phone numbers or not.
