The line from the wastegate should be going to a pressure source post turbo to allow it to open the wastegate. I have no idea where it is on SRTs though...

How much boost are you running? If its disconnected I am pretty sure it would just run wastegate pressure and I don't know how much that is on the SRTs

Thats a vac line going to your wastegate. Is that what your holding with your finger? If it is it should be going to some solenoid/controller/vac source.

If its disconnected I think it should overboost or spike. It won't see the pressure it needs to open.
Edit: The line looks a little samll to be the same hose as the one that is connected to the wastegate. Did you pull that hose all the way out to make sure?

those lines are for the stock boost control system . the evap lines are around the firewall and do not go to the boost solenoids. check the lines near the fuel line by the fire wall there is a rubber part of the evap line that the heat beats up and causes a leak

looks like an evap line. in the pic it looks like a piece of plastic tube is broken off inside. look around and see if something is missing the plastic nipple.
