spotted it in the middle of downingtown around 11:40.
did a quick double take. looked completely stock. did not look as if it had anything done to it.
i'd say that it was a mid 90's model

this one was a gen older possibly. the guy looked slightly latino...if that means ANYTHING. but it could have been a mail carrier. but no yellow light on top
