Was on my way home from work and spotted this Car in moorsetown NJ. Ballin as all is mighty!:eek: Snap some pics of it with the phone... Thought i left the cars like this is Ga:bigeek: Anyone know who it is? And is this even legal?

Its not legal on 2 counts..tires stick out to far past the fender and the headlights are to high. It's only a matter of time before this D-bag is taken of the streets or left on blocks. I say good thing.
