Not car related, get your panties out of a bunch.

Our air conditioner hasn't been serviced yet; so that's out of the question.

My office is HOT AS BALLS. To the point where if you sit in this leather chair for more than 15-20 minutes, you WILL have the swampass.

I've got one celling fan, and three windows, that seem to be doing nothing other than blowing in humidity.

Would it be the best to leave those suckers open, with the fan on high, or close the windows, and just rely on the fan?

Side topic: Other than working in your underwear, what are some things you guys/girls do to get cooler?

I hear putting ice in front of or behind the fan will also help keep it real cool as well, sort of almost working as A/C.

Well maybe I can help you since I am sitting here in my house in germany getting the super-swamp. No one has AC here and it is against the law to use a window unit! WTF!! Im dying here.

I was told to keep the windows open with fans drawing the air out and create a cross wind with other windows. Um yeah thats the best I can do. Does it work? Feels the same to me.

Open up all the windows and put the fan on reverse let it pull the hot air up. However with this much humidity its not gonna be comfortable. U can try the whole ice in a bucket but...its a long shot..

At least you were sitting in this humidity and not working on cars all day lol.

I find that opening the window and pointing the fan out the window gets the room the coolest for me. As air gets sucked out one window, it will be drawn in the other open one...in theory atleast

When I went to Russia for the summer, I got myself a fan and sat in front of it most of the time.

The ice thing actually worked a bit.

Felt like I was getting rained on.

Other news, get a ****ing air conditioner, just got mine fixed today, and missed it ever so dearly in the downtime!
