It was funny b/c that was taken within a few minute after I took this:

Amazing how the weather can vary so much in each direction there.

All in all an awesome time, expensive as hell tho, probably burned $1000 in gas alone. I may have a few more on another memory card, but this is more than I thought I was gonna put up from the start.

That water spout is crazy. Is that a common thing to see out there?

I have seen them everytime I was down there, but I dont know how common they are year round. It was pretty cool to see, just have to make sure u go the other direction from the storm haha.

The damned thing took out another 20 seconds worth of line before we started reeling it in. It was a fun fight, even though we just tossed it back over. Cubans eat them though, not for me.

I hooked one the day before on lighter tackle, but that lasted all of 10 seconds. I was reeling in a little yellowtail about 10 inches long and one came up and ate it, hooking himself in the process.
