im considering picking up a 1g in replace of my plymouth breeze (accepting trades) and i was wondering what kind of numbers can you make on a self tune with either DSMlink or others.. so post up ur vids/pics/dyno sheets and let me know how its done =]

You can make a bajillion hp self tuning. Its just the matter of fact weither or not you have the knowledge of doing so. There are plenty of guys tuning their own cars making 600-700awhp. Its all in the setup and the tune.

I tuned a 1g making over 600whp with DSMlink. It's probably the easiest tunning system I have ever used. The fuel and ignition adjustments are done with slider bars. There's no 40x40 cells like most systems. CRAZY easy.

ok well coming from turbotagteam sounds like if i get a 1g i sould get DSMlink haha.. i went on the website and read up and looked at pics and all and it looks like it wouldnt be that hard to tune with so hopefully i can get a car lol still waiting on a pm from 90blacktsiawd

yeah dsmlink is really easy to use and theres plenty of help on dsmtuners. it just has a $500 price tag

Tuning potential is 200whp - 800 whp with off the shelf pieces. If you don't know what you are doing spend your time asking questions and researching before you touch the car or attempt to tune.

If you know what you are doing you can tune a DSM with DSMLink and a wideband in about 5 pulls.

What is Don selling? The black 1G shell?

apparently its a black 1g with a gvr4 engine and some other stuff he said it onyl needs an exhaust and some other stuff installed but its been 5 days since i PMed him so i think im gunna move on
