Where in NE philly can you get a bike inspected? WHat is involved in an inspection? What's checked?

any dealer or most cycle shops do inspections, its mainly just a saftery check, they check your tire tread (must be 3/32 or better), and have no dry rot. they chack all lights (headlight, taillight, and turn signals) and brakes. A big thing we fail people for is not having a light for their license plate, the plate must be mounted horizontal and be visible from behind with a light for it
