Red lights

This might sound like a stupid question, but at certain redlights, on my streetbike it doesn't register that i'm stopped at the light. Is there a certain amount of times that if I sit through the light, say like 3 times...can I treat it as a stop sign eventually? Because there has been times where i've sat through, 4-5 light rotations [in a turning only lane] before it finally picks up that im sitting there. Hopefully you understand what im trying to say, lol.

yes I do since I ride also. I have had this happen to me. I would say that you should 1st try to get you bike over the sensors it should trigger it if not I consider the light to not be operating properly and safely proceed with the turn.
