F/S '89 240sx hatch $600 allentown pa

i have a 1989 240sx hatchback that runs and drives fine but needs minor body work...i am in the process of fixing the rear quarter panel and possibly getting the car painted. i was planning on putting the vq35de engine/trans that came out of my last 350z in it but i don't have the money to do the project. possibly parting out. $1000 for the 240, $1750 for the engine trans or $2500 for everything. i also have a set of the 6/4 piston brembos minus one rotor for sale $1500 obo. I'm going to post pictures up of everything in a couple minutes...

lol that is one scary bondo job on the driver quarter... how many miles on the 3.5? is anything included for the conversion like tran cross member, driveshaft, 350z harness, ecu...

if you only saw the rear quarter panel b4 i got to workin on it...i had to bang it out from the inside then pull it out from the outside...then pull it down...then out some more...and so on...it is actually quite straight now. i was going to just use this car as a drift car so i originally didn't care at all about the body because i was fixing it up anyway...the engine has close to 100,xxx on it and the trans has like 30,xxx. you will need a new trans cross member, driveshaft. i will include the harness and ecu.

honestly, the price is quite flexible for everything so tell everyone and their mom and make a reasonable offer so i can get rid of this and someone can start a badass project.

Is there ANY damage at all to the engine/trans (Pre and Post accident)? Wiring? Did you start it after the accident?


Is there any way to get ahold of the rest of the 350z to pull more stuff from it? (other wiring harnesses, dash with gauges and all, etc)

Are you willing to hold onto the setup if I gave you $50 to hold everything for me till I get paid the 29th and then give you another $150 till I come to pick up everything probably the 1st weekend of June bringing an additional $200? Total I would pay you is $400.


The ONLY reason I would have to back out is if my parents dont let me use their Astro van to tow a trailer to pick up everything.

If I had a 240sx and a 350z engine and trans I would just split the difference and make a 295sz. I'm pretty sure it would be the fastest thing ever, and yes that comparison includes light, bullets, and superman.
