So after not driving my car for a month, I find out there is a small screw on my tire. Sucks. Its not on the sidewall. Any recommendations on where to get it patched? Thanks

Those plug kits are exactly what they use in garages. Only difference is the tools might be a little higher quality. I never had a flat tire in my life until this month... and then I got three within 30 days! One cracked valve stem, and two nails.

There is absolutely no need to balance a tire after you plug it unless it was out of balance to begin with.
