I used to live at VA Beach while in the Navy and saw them flying over head everyday. Sort of learn to miss it.

used to watch harriers take off from the flight deck all the time. Was pretty cool but **** gets boring!

I went to see this on Sunday with my boyfriend and his family .. except that it was clouded over and rained out by 1pm or so. We were so disappointed! Never got to see the Blue Angels perform. :( We spent the last hour-ish huddling under a plane wing, hoping for the rain and wind to stop. Barf.

What we did see was pretty awesome, tho' .. Hopefully the weather will hold out for next year.

They fly at air shows almost every weekend throughout the year....you just gotta find out when they're coming to an air force base near you.

That show was sick. Alot more faster paced action compared to the shows I've been to at Dover and Macdill. The F22 was just stupid quick and manueverable I cant wait to see the F35 up in the air at some point... Amazing job with the pics, just amazing, props for that and the thread too...

But damn those Blue Angels get me everytime; Those guys are like beyond mention when it comes to skill, balls and passion
