I got pulled over on the blue rt on 4/14. 81 in a 55, I want to fight it just to get the points removed. Problem is I don't know when my court date is or where it is. I'm sure I got the letter with the information but I can't find it for the life of me. What happens if I miss the court appearance?

Is there anyone I can call to find out the date and place?

Some info from the ticket that might help:

Mile marker 12.7, Radnor Township, Magisterial District # 32-1-29

Please help I'm loosing my mind here. Of ALL THE THINGS i need to misplace, its that damn letter:mad::mad:

Information should be on the summons but if its not call Radnor Township's court thats where your case should be heard. Speeding is a hard one to fight your speeding or your not and if the officer summons you well, you are. So its best to pay the fine and be done with it. Since Im not a lawyer thats the best I can do for you on that one. If you miss a court date a warrant can be issued and you can be arrested for contempt of court so you better get that checked out fast. Good luck.

Thanks for the help. I actually had my court appt @ 11am today. Got the points (5 :jawdrop:) dropped & speeding dropped from 83 in a 55 to 60 in a 55.

It almost seemed to easy, the officer took me out of the court room as soon as I walked in and told me what was going to happen if I agree to it. I agreed!
