Well let's just say that the email that the person sent disclosed every customer's email address that was on the distribution list. There's a goddamn reason "Bcc" exists. Also the message was so poorely written it would have been funny if it wasn't for the first problem with this email.

Here's the email:

"GET READY FOR SUMMER DRIVING…AIR CONDITION SERVICE,CHECK ENTIRE SYSTEM AND ADD UP TO 1LB OF FREON $49.95

COMPLEMENTARY SAFETY INSPECTION AND CAR WASH WITH THIS SERVICE"


It was also sent out twice. The first one was a little better, but it was still all caps... I mean I wouldn't mind getting these things, but there's the right way to do it and this wasn't done right. Also note that it was a plain text email.

edit: Did I mention that "adding up to 1lb of freon" is not the right way to service an AC system?

well they do send a letter to all ai students with all the email address's carbon copied so ill just consider it a refund. Anyone know how much i can get for selling them to a company.
