91 eagle talon problem HELP!!!

Here is a video of the problem. Its my girls 91 eagle talon. Its been sitting but always started here and there. One day i went to go start it and it was acting,sounding, and being like that. (like in the video) Any help would be great. Its got 82k original miles and no mod's except for a muffler. Pretty much bone stock. Also didn't throw a check engine light or anything.

Its hard to tell exactly but it sounds like there is a misfire. It Also sounds like a rod knock or bad timing. Check the mechanical timing to see if it skipped and your pistons are kissing your valves....

Timing is def off, can hear it in the idle. My eclipse was like that to

i FIXED it, it was the alter, it was shot and needed a new coil pack. TIming was fine.
