View Full Version : Can someone help me install gauges in my STI?

I have no idea what to do and dont want to screw it up and wanted to know if anyone who knows this stuff or has done it would help me out. Wil help pay for gas the gas here have a beer wahtever. Let me know thanks

pretty involved install to do all of them... if you find someone willing to do all that just to be nice then right on, but you might have to end up going a little farther ($$$) since its pretty involved for both wiring and sensors.

I was told the defi link system wasnt to hard, but I can pay if its that hard

not trying to take the wind out of your sails... its just that EGT needs to be tapped into the exhaust manifold, oil (pressure or temp?) need to go into the block or at the filter, etc... boost is easy though. the wiring on the defi's is easier and cleaner than a lot of others though... they are real nice gauges.

I know it needs to be tapped into the manifold and its the oil pressure and I have the sandwhich for that.

or support the site vendors :D such as us. We have done COUNTLESS Defi installs in Subarus and know pretty much all the tricks to do them.

$325 gets you all 3 installed and mounted, WITH the proper EGT and Oil adapters mounted.

I would def do that but I dont have $325 atm
