S13 white turbo/south carolina plates Warminster

Saw this car 2-3 times this week in the Warminster area. It's white with stock wheels, tein suspension stickers/shocker sticker, side exit exhaust, fmic, 2 gauge pillar pod, and a hole cut in the hood with some of the throttle body/intake mani peeking out.

With the throttle body/intake mani peeking out what motor swap would this be? I was pretty sure it was some sort of RB series engine but I'm not up on my 240 setups anymore.

Car doesn't look to bad, and it sounds great. Just curious if anyone knows the guy or the car, just wondering whats done to it.

ive seen this car a few meets in the area, the old borders meets, and the quakertown meet once. hes friends with a dude whos on here that is the doylestown area that has a black s-14
