Def deserves every bit of it. It says in that article the kid riding shotgun is in a semi-comatose state, I was under the impression he was a vegetable for life..
And if you check the poll most people said he deserves more, and I think I have to agree with them. Im sure this will teach him his lesson, but that kids life is over and Nick only gets 8 months??

Under the circumstances, I can't believe he only got 8 months. If that were you or me, we'd be going away for a bit longer.

he only got 8 months because his lawyers wisely told him to plead guilty or no contest. He was looking at 5 max. If he would have tried to fight it he would have gotten five, but by pleading no contest they went easier on the sentence.

He could even get out in less time for good behavior or whatever.

its called PC (protective custody cells). I think thats the way hes going to go too. To many jacked ass guys in the yard would like to have there way with him while dressing up like his father LOL... God when will they let the rich learn life with reality instead of hiding under there money or behind a good lawyer.

Well the pass. is sueing the hell out of Nicks parents. Hogan Sr.'s ex wife is tyring to say that she shouldnt be named in the law suit because cars are a father son thing.

Saw it on CNN and almost died laughing.

Hulk Hogan is being sued by the family of Graziano. The suit alleges that former pro-wrestler and reality star is responsible for the accident because he knew his son likes to drive fast and race other cars.

If I'm not mistake, Nick is 18 and should be held responsible, not the family/father. Its a shame that the Graziano got the short end of the stick, but given Nicks track record, he probably knew how he drove.

^Good point, Graziano knew what he was in for when he got in the car. Not that that should remove any blame from Nick's display of douchebaggery..

Wow, and the millions and millions earned by Mr. Hulk himself goes dwindling away for his son's stupidity... Way to send a legend into an awkward predicament...

That kid had everything and could have rented a track everyday if he wanted but had to be a dumb ass and put others in harms way. I think they went too easy on him. He'll still end up being a dumbass again and wont learn his lesson.

I think the kid acted like most 16-17 year olds would if they were given a 700hp supra......they would drive it fast and smash into a pole eventually. Driving a car with that amount of power takes a good amount of skill and self controll. It's given that he lacks both.

^ WAT? Cmon br0th3r, he's a pro drifter. It was the cars fault.

LOLOLOLOLOL jk. I'm glad he's getting jail time. I think it should be more. I hope he keeps his mouth shut so this doesnt run into a Paris Hilton publicity type thing. So gay.

I also am glad is he getting some kind of jail time but i feel bad for the passenger because of the condition hes going to be in for the rest of his life

Nick's only 17. it says in the article

I think he should of gotten at least a year in jail. And +1 year for every car he has ever wrecked and didnt learn his lesson haha So I think he went through at least 2-3 vipers and did he wreck that lexus he just got???

Let the inmates teach him how to bang gears!

God when will they let the rich learn life with reality instead of hiding under there money or behind a good lawyer.

...they are rich. That won't happen. To alot of rich people, things are expendable in ways we - the middle class - can't begin to think of.

He deserves more for messing up that kids life.

05-12-2008, 01:20 AM
Why does he still have to be 17? :furious: he could have gone to prison with everyone else.

In an article i was reading, two weeks before the crash, he received a ticket for doing 82mph in a construction zone. Plus he had numerous tickets and warnings before that. Send his ass away for the 5 years.

I see from a few sources that the passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Riding with a crazy driver and not wearing a seatbelt... sounds like a whole lot of fail from the both of them.

its about time but it still sucks because if that was anyone else we would be spending a lot more years in prison and a ****ty one. but 3 years with out a license that would suck

Has anyone ever met him? He doesnt seem like a jerk. Bad parenting is to blame. The cat is only 17 for crying out loud and he has a who knows how many horsepower supra at his disposal.

*Speaks the truth*

I think WAY too many people hate on him. They're jelous. That's the bottom line.

If he injured a pedestrian or some other bystanders...thats different. The passenger accepted the risks when he got in the car with nick.
