STI Limited 202 & Germantown Pike

spotted a sti limited yesterday, he was waiting to turn on to germantown pike from 202....it was tinted (i think 40%) guy driving was bald(er) then most guys lol.....anyone on here? i saw this guy alot last year but didnt see his car all winter.
