$450/mo

Just found this while searching Craigslist. If someone here gets it, lemme know - I'd love to borrow some garage space sometime.

we pay about the same for our warehouse but we stacked 20 cars in there at one point and its heated. thats still a good price cause we get ours at a steal of a price

Each unit is 20x25

It looks like you are only getting ONE UNIT for $450, I don't know that, but how it's worded it seems more accurate. It's clearly not finished per text and I would guess that partitions would be added to separate the units. Commercial rent for single unit garages are in the $200-500 range in the area, so it makes it even more accurate.

I was kind of thinking the same thing, but the fact that it was all open inside threw me.

*After looking again, it's almost definitely going to get walls between the units. There is a regular white door next to each garage door with space to the left for a wall. The doors wouldn't be there if it was all open.

what kind of security? looks like nothing more than simple locks...

won't see me putting tools and car parts in there w/o some good security

i was thinking the same thing. whats the point of each bay having its own entrance door if they dont have partitions inside? lol

They stated in there that they arent finished yet also. So.....I would assume that they are private.
