2 STis following each on 476, ferrari, and hot pursuit limo

On 476 headed towards Philly i saw two (dark silver metallic, maybe?) STis, both the same color, following each other. One was an '06 or later, the other was an '05 or earlier, they both looked nicceee.

Also, I thought I was getting pulled over by a cop on the NE Extension, but it was actually a "hot pursuit" limo behind me...like a dodge charger limo or something? Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Also, saw that yellow ferrari again on Lancaster Ave.
