Since I never really did pump gas tune on my car I'm doing it tonight..Going to tune for 24psi and see how that works out.

The guy with the whitish/greenish mustache is awesome, he lets me run the bike in jeans..Been there for years.They'll def let you run w/o your bumper. You should see some of the stuff they let run at that track. Tech is a complete joke.

They'll usually let you run from 5:30-11:00. Mapquest directions BUT stay off Rt. 73 if you can. It's horrible that time of day.

Good time as usual. Great air and a sticky track. Some sick cars and a bike that went 7.27 in the high 190's !! The track got oiled down as usual which led to a lengthy delay which allowed us all to enjoy some world famous Atco burgers. i'll let everybody chime in with their times.

I must have jinxed myself with my comment about Atco's tech being a joke. :( After my first run which basically matched my last from Thursday I was told to leave. I got them to let me stay if I only did 1000ft runs. So it looks like I have to get a darn cage. My first run netted me an 11.20@126.8. My best on Thursday was 11.19@126.8. Nearly identical runs. I REALLY don't want to put a cage in this car....

I believe it's 11.49 or quicker. I was talking to a tech. inspector last night and he stated that you now need a 12 point and a full fire suit at 135 +. I believe it used to be 9.99. Not what i wanted to hear after dropping a lot of money into my current set-up.

I don't have a cage eighter and don't want one but going that fast it may not be a bad idea.

Atco used to be a joke as far as tech inspection and adherence to the rules. I ran there before running low 11's on 4 lugs on a rim and they never said a thing. I know of guys who've run three...definately not to bright but none the less. I believe the track was sold or is under new managment which could explain why they're becoming stricter. I need to go to the NHRA rulebook to see if any changes have been implemented for 2008.

Pump gas. The runs were on 25psi (dyno'd at 488whp). Also dyno'd at 502whp at 27psi on pump...haven't run that at track yet though.

I started at 12.4@112 and after some tuning went 12.0@115.9 pump gas..The track was sticky at first but after I got mine tune down it went to **** so no 11's for me that night..Got to beat some trailed v8's though. I got video of one of your runs as well Chris..

Def not scared. :) I turned it up for a couple runs and all it was doing was breaking up. Need a colder set of plugs is what it looks like. Next time. :)
