RANT: FK Automotive Laminex Headlight Covers missing peices

So i was at show n go on the weekend, and bought a laminex headlight kit from FK Automotive and there was 3 peices of it missing when i got home. I know i didnt lose them because the package was sealed. I just emailed them about it but now im pissed cause i got the laminex on my headlights, but the bottom lights are all white (because im missing the laminex for the one side)

So now im stuck with half laminex lights in the front.... sucks!!!!

FK better send me the remaining peices or ima be real pissed.

unlucky you. i got laminx for my headlamps and my fog lamps and they all came in one box. make sure u wind the paper off the cylinder cardboard all the way.....they wrap it onto it in layers.

they were small cutouts, there was the main headlights in a roll. i put them on, then picked up the misc. peices laying around, and noticed that i was missing 3 of them.

ummm wtf, no reply to my email.

Does anyone know if they have a US based forum or community of some sort or someway to contact them? My google searches all came up with the same email address.

If they dont even reply back to me, i will never purchase another part from them, and i will be sure to tell everyone and anyone i know about this, and next time i see a FK stand at an event i will be sure to tell them what i think about their customer service and their products.

But i'd much rather just get my laminex and be done. But it doesnt seem like im going to get that lucky.

are you sure that you bought it from FK directly? Last time I checked FK is a parts manufacturer and FKnorthamerica.com is defunct. FK doesnt sell laminex unless its being sold as their product. I am guess you bought from NGP Racing.

No it said "FK Automotive" on the sign at the vendor booth. It was a very professional booth they had setup. OMGZ Turbo saw the booth he was with me. They had headlights/tail lights. shift boots, bumpers, euro plates...all kinds of stuff new and used.
