hey 666 and qwik...
first off, i'm glad to see some new domestic guys on the site. i created this forum so ALL kinds of cars owners could get together and hang out and talk and do whatever. as far as i'm concerned, any true performance car has my respect, i dont care where it came from. so anyways, now you hopefully know what this forum's purpose is.
i should also explain that it would be fake and untrue if we were to all pretend like we have never broken the law on public roads. i mean hey, most of our cars belong above the speed limit. but either way, this forum does not promote street racing and that is not its purpose. feel free to discuss any type of legal racing at will though...
and lastly, we have a great community starting up here. overall the people here are very friendly, civil, and mature. i see that you guys have a bit of an edge, which is totally cool, but i just hope that you can respect what we have here and not try to stir up any trouble. i'd really love for you both to become well respected members of the forum and good ambassadors for the domestic crowd.
ok this is a bit longwinded but i just wanted to say hello and explain those things to you guys. hope to see you here often...

No, it takes skill. But what I was getting at was, taking your car to an autocross track would take a lot more skill than racing in a straight line would. Different cars excel in different things though so what you may be good at in your car I may lack in mine and vice versa.

i am a big domestic guy..even though my knowledge is not great on them...im a young guy so i am pretty much learning things as i go on...but the import guys have helped me the most...the domestic scene around has been pretty crappy....i dont get why all domestic guys think they are better than the imports...when i looked last, domestic cars have been turning to crap and the imports just keep gettin better....im gonna find myself in some odd years lookin at old sti's as a classic car or an 06 charger and laugh at the charger...i dont get the u.s. and what the are doing with things
