headlights...

so i got pulled over about week and a half ago and i was issued a ticket for my headlights. now im goin to court to get the ticket taken care of, but on sunday night, 5 min after i got on the blvd. the SAME cop pulled me over for the SAME thing and said if i dont change them the next time he sees me he is going to issue me the same ticket again. thats mean ill have 2 tickets from the same cop and same problem... now the first time he said i bet the box they came in said for off road use only, i just pulled the box out of my basement and no where on the box does it say for off road use only... my question is can he issue me the same ticket again, i mean i havnt even gone to court yet this is bull****...

are they another color other then white... the blue/white ones seem to be ok too. But the yellow ones are no good.

As for the summons yeah he could give you one every day if he wants too.

damn... there blueish, thats beast i cant even go to court first... id take em out but ive so used to them at night ill prob hit something with ****ty stock lights. :(

I would plead not guilty and have my day in court maybe you can make some case law and get this cleared up.
