This is in a 99 accord. I looked it and they are

P1164 Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Range/Performance Problem
P1164 Air/Fuel Ratio (AF) Sensor (Sensor 1) Circuit Range/Performance

P1167 Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction
P1167 Heated Oxygen Sensor Sensor1 (Primary LAF HO2S) Heater System Malfunction

there are 2 meanings for them based on the sticky provided from

So from what i can tell its both the MAF and the o2 sensor? or is it the first and second o2 sensor on the header and the cat?

check the wires on everything and replace the o2 and see what the code is.
