Do not put the bolts that Tial gives you into a mild steel flange... well that is unless you like drilling the bottom half of said bolt with 7 different sized drill bits, finding new bolts to fit, and then retapping the threads and praying it holds.
I know this from experience, blagh.

be careful not to warp the flange with bigger bolt sizes. hearing you said 7 different sizes, you could only go bigger so yea pray that it holds lol.

Rebuild went ok, the turbo came off just fine haha. But for some reason the wastegate bolts fused themselves into the flange and I had to drill a flange width worth of bolt out. It sucke
Big James, yeah the thread was correct. I didn't have this problem on the log manifold at all, but they completely fused on me for some reason on this manifold.
Omar I drilled it as exact as I could and then just retapped it and found new bolts. Everythings back on the car now and I have some shiny new bolts on the wastegate.
Plus, 13mm bolt heads > Alan key bolts, I hate those things.
