Car is owned by a Collision shop we deal with and raced at SCCA events. Car is equipped with a supercharger and puts out 600 hp.
Interior is bare as raced, so we only had to cover the windows.

A different approach was taken with the cage fabrication due to the aftermarket bolt-on frame connectors. The customer asked us to weld the cage to the frame connectors and factory sub-frames. We proceeded by cutting holes in the floor for the main hoop as is usually the case when attaching to the frame, but because the sub-frame connectors are made of round tubing, welding on the sides of the main hoop next to the rocker boxes was impossible. The decision was made to build the cage with the intention of lowering the sub-frame connectors so the mian hoop joints could be completely welded from below the floor. This was also a convenient time to weld the topside of the main hoop and roof halo connections. The front cage-to-floor connections were different because they landed above the factory sub-frame, not the connectors. The sub-frame is part of the body on these cars, so there is no need to cut through the floor. Instead the sub-frame connectors were welded in place and additional plates were welded to connect the sub-frame connectors to the cage floor plates.
