Seats installed for fitment of door bars

Side bars installed. We prefer to install them without bends for more rigidity, but the large seats did not allow it. Although the customer didn't opt for lower support bars attached from the bottom side of the bend down to the main hoop/floor connection, they can be added to make up for the loss of stength due to the required bend

Next was fabrication of an intercooler and piping. Steel tube crash bar can also be seen, which was required when the oem bumper was switched for an aftermarket unit and body kit.

Steel downpipe was fabricated with flexpipe and cat. Pipe later received thermal coating.
