This car is a purpose built road racer made by Diasio Car Company. The car has seen a long road to the state you see in the pictures. The owner is a new customer for us. He purchased the car in 2003 as a front-half car from the engine bulkhead forward and had the entire rear section of the car fabricated by another shop. This was necessary because the owner wanted to install a turbo-charged Hyabusa motor which wasn't avialable from Diasio. The car lays down well over 300 HP and weighs in at just around 1100 lbs. The car is still undergoing modifications to make the car reliable because all that power plus the tires ability to grip the road is breaking brand new 630 chains often. The car will most likely make some more trips to our fab center to fix whatever the motor can break next.
