I got a few more idea's other than my own for the raffle. But i wanna discuss them with troll and the mod's first..before i post them

i proposed the idea of a calendar and for each of the month's we have a car from our forums on it.

a good idea, however a lot of work and they wouldnt be cheap to print. its something i'll keep in mind for later, but at this point i dont think that would be profitable.
thanks for the idea though. if anyone else has any ideas throw em up here...

Calendars don't work well like Troll said. They cost a lot even in large quantities, and you can't get people to actually buy them at a price that's worthwhile. Why pay $15-20 for a calendar, when you can buy them at the mall for $3-4?

But I would buy one if we did one.

yeah well if anyone has any SIMPLE ideas that dont require too much initial investment, let me know. the license plate frames stand to turn a healthy profit, but i just dont have enough interest in it yet to make the initial plunge.
i would recommend everyone to enter the photo shoot raffle though... even if you car isnt 'finished' or whatever, it's still 2 nice 8x10s and a bunch of other photos on CD of your car at $5 per entry.

yeah i'll take payment for the raffle at any time. i'm just going to write down who has paid for how many and keep track of it that way. when it comes time to choose all of the entries will be written onto squares of paper and one will get picked.
