Anyone work for at&t/cingular?

Does anyone here work for at&t/cingular? I'm asking because my phone (samsung sgh d-407) A) wont let me recive any text messages, but sends them fine, and B) I haven't been able to access the internet (media net) to download songs, games etc. for my phone. Thanks in advance. Mods if this is in the wrong section, please move it.

You may want to check your plan-its most likely nothing to do with the phone.

Eric i have the same phone, Take out the battery and reset it. Let it be off for atleast 30 sec. If not call them ****s weak

Its deff the phone because it used to work one day and it just stopped recently.

Tried that. Its a pice of **** phone. I may just end up getting a new one. This phone is almost a year old.
