hmmm well i have only seen myself and 1988 olds so far...so if thats considered "excessive" you should be lucky your not on SRTforums :rolleyes:

We are not tryin to bash your creative artwork, and by all means....feel free to post all modifications and pictures of your car in the Detailed Modifications Thread (http://www.tristatetuners.com/viewtopic.php?t=69)

The concern for this is that it adds a significant amount of load time to the page and makes the forum look a little gaudy.

Hmm maybe....sorry if im getting defensive towards it. only reason i was bother is because i use my signatures on almost every forum. and i really didnt think that 27.5KB was really that big but, your forums.

Sig pics get really annoying...I like the board the way it is, a couple clean lines of text, with the Avatars. I turn sig pics off on the boards I surf anyhow.

I mean.....i hate to remove my master work...but the final decision comes down to the forum troll :mrgreen:

individual users do not have an option that allows them to not see others signatures.

ok the board has been modified to not allow images in signatures. you can have up to 255 characters on 5 lines, including different colored text etc. etc.
i would encourage everyone to make use of their avatars for some personalization of the site. they can be 180x180 pixels and can be linked from another site or uploaded onto TST directly at a max size of 30kb.

anyways, use your avatars! thats what they are there for...
its hard to read through a thread when its text, image, text, image, text, image, and its twice as bad when its the same sig image over and over.
