I am replacing my CV joints in my 2000 Buick Regal GSE. Well being the car has 144K I want to replace both lower control arm bushings and as well the ball joints. The bushings need to be pressed out/in to be replaced, and the factory rivets on the ball joint have to be chiseled off to replace that. Now the lower control arms are coming off the car. So the only thing I would need to bring to someone's house or shop are both lower control arms. So can anyone or a shop give me a hand? I am really trying to have this done cheap because the bushings/ball joints are going to be expensive and it maybe better off me getting brand new lower control arms instead at this point.
