NJ Front Plate

Sarge...I recently had body work done to my car and they bondoed over and filled the license plate mounting location....I cant bring myself to drill holes in the bumper or put screws through it...so if you could...

just wondering if the screws may be worth it...what exactly is the fine and what not for not having the front plate in NJ??

But do yourself a favor relmount your plate.
