Freon recharge into the AC, simple I just dont have time
Valve lash adjustment, simple from what I hear, I just dont have time
Might need oil pan gasket, the pan is a little wet but not too bad, oil level is fine

Motor mount insert removed (we only got one, were not able to reach #2 but its still smooth)
New wheels and tires
Brakes last summer

15in EP3 Si wheels with 3 newer Definity tires and 1 newer Michelin tire

Also have a full exhaust sitting for this car that I never installed it can be yours for free if you buy the car

Carfax available and shows 1 accident in 2003, no mileage descrepency, no leins, no flood, etc.

yes but what were his miles? transmission?? keep in mind im coming up on 120k at this point and its a 5-speed which in my car's case does nothing to really add value, it takes away from it

You are right, I have all the stock parts but im not gona put in the time and money. I will give them to whoever buys the car and they can do whatever they want. If it doesnt sell before I get my new car, Ill just throw it on the lot at work and let it sit, if it sits long enough and doesnt sell ill take it back and daily it.

its going to undergo a few changes before the sale. New paid, rotors, and calipers up front, valve adjustment will be done, motor mount inserts removed, stickers off, muffler back on, and there are a few little rattles I gotta take care of. Its a great car now and will be better when all is said and done.

COMES WITH ALL STOCK PARTS!! Sell the aftermarket stuff and put the stock back in, my loss is your gain, Im just ready to move on.
