mount and balance tires

wondering if anyone knows someone/someplace that will mount and balance tires so fairly cheap (no dismounting of old tires involved).

I usually go to my buddy's uncle's shop and get it done for $30 (for all 4), but the machine is down :(

I just called around to some shops are they want to charge me around $60-110.

can anyone suggest who/where to go to?

I'll do all 4 for $35, you could either meet me at my shop in doylestown at the end of the day or meet me the day before and let me take them in and I'll do them during lunch and you can pick up that evening from my home. I'll PM you my #.
