Hey guys, just wondering what u guys think. My GM is trying to get more performance cars on our lot. We had a S2000, we still have a SI and a Evo IX (oh, I work at Sussman Acura) And he's getting 06 NSX's for like 70,000. Do you guys think their would be buyers out there wanting to buy it? I just think for that kinda money you could get alot of different rides. Just wanted to see what you guys think.

performace cars are always hard to sell. you would have better luck selling civics and sentras, and probably make more money too.

It might not sell quickly but I'd bet it draws people to the dealership just to look it over. That has to be worth something to your GM.

he'd be better off getting vette's. With the prices dropping on the early 90's models and the availability of performance parts his money would be better spent there.
Especially when you can get a early 90's z06 for low 30's... or a brand new mustang GT for the same price... or spend more on an STi or Evo... I'll take the z06 :)

C4= terrible chassis (except the ZR1). Lots and lots of flex, and an almost rubbery rear feel.
NSX= great, great handler (tuned by the greatest driver of all time, so it should be).

i think by his description (90's z06) he means C5. i'd say maybe one nsx would be cool since you do work at a acura dealer. i work at a ford dealer and people come in just to see the GT500 we have. they sometimes end up selling a couple cars this way. thats how you could do it there. put it on your showroom floor.

I'd hope so, but he said early 90's, and IIRC, there was no Z06 then? Also, the early Z06's only had 385 or so..02+ with 405 ftw!
