19MPH over the speed limit [49 in 30], do I get any points for that?

ok i figured that out. But if i were to have to go to court to lose my liscnece, wouldt the cop tell me?

revoking your DL is a ruling made by a judge not the police officer so he does not know if your going to lose it or not when he gives you the summons in most cases.
