Americans dont have to spend an AMAZING amount of time to get their licenses either..... We walk in, Take a test that any person of any eduacation level could pass then take a 5 min driving test. Im sure americans wouldnt be idiots while driving at 100+mph anyway, But women always amaze me what they do while driving...
