Headlight film(+pics)

Finally! After what seemed like months, we finally got around to setting up our account, Film is in. We use Xpel headlight protection film(www.xpel.com). It has a 3M adhesive. Regarded as the best on the market. I know a lot of you have been asking about it for a little while, sorry it took so long, it's been a mad house over here lately. Just give us a call and we'll go from there. :banana:

i contacted "Sarge" on tst and asked him about headlight film and he said as long as it doesnt change the color of the light then its ok, but he was unsure about it passing inspection. im saving my yellow film for trackdays bc im afraid to run them on the streets. but my film for the fog lights are street legal so i can run those i guess....

well if you have halogens...I don't recomend smoked headlight film...with HID's, it's not bad at all.

it's rated differently then automotive window film...but it's the same as the VW...some cars just have lighter housing taillights.

I always likes the look of head and tail lights that are tinted. I think the head lights on the Z look especially nice tinted.

With HID's...its not bad, a little yellowish with the film. With halogens, it tends to be a bit of a difference. Shades them out more.

What is the deal with older headlights like my original 97 Eclipse GSX? The clearcoat is starting to get crackly looking and there are a few very very minor stone chips. Can you guys still have it come out great? Also could you PM me a price for tinting the headlights.
