i got a ticket and he has me for illegal window tint when both my windows were down. can he do that? he didnt pull out a meter or anything like that. he has me for doing 77.2 in a 40 zone when i was behinde 2 cars but he pulled me over. he also put that my car is burgindy when my car as u can see in my pic isnt close to burgindy. can i fight it and say that he could have had the cars mixed up when they said it over the radio bc it was a chase car. they said they used vascar.

Nice try but no… Burgundy is a shade of red and so a judge will simply rule that its not and important factor in identifying your car. But hey give it a try if you’d like maybe the judge has strong sense of fashion and agrees with you. I wouldn’t bet on it. As for the mix up my only question is do you have tinted windows?

yes i do have tinted windows. but they were down so he could only tell the my rear window was tinted.

Windows down in February mmmmm don't think they had to be Sherlock Homes ti figure you out my friend. So I would say no to the idea of a mix up.

my windows were down even when i passed him. as soon as i came out of school i put my windows down. so they were down when he seen me.
